- Preheat oven to 450°.
 - Cut each steak into 2-4 pieces depending on the size..
 - Cut bacon in half and wrap around steak. If bacon continues to wrap more then once. Trim excess bacon or it will not crisp up. Put a tooth pick through the end of the bacon into the steak to hold it in place..
 - Brush the Sriracha and Worcestershire on top and bottom of the steak..
 - Cover the steak with salt and pepper.
 - Sear the steak on top and bottom for about 5 minutes each side on medium high heat..
 - If you have an oven safe pan you may transfer it to the oven. If not put steaks into a 8x8 baking dish then place in the oven..
